The opportunity:

With business globally at its best and growth consistent, the Sydney office are in need of another B2B Account Manager to join their Client Development team.

Working within a collaborative team with incredible management your ultimate purpose will be to manage a portfolio of clients ensuring client retention and new business targets are achieved, leading the management and growth of their customer accounts in NZ.

Involved with driving account expansion, generating new business via prospecting and assisting with client implementations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively service and support clients
  • Conduct regular clients meetings including trainings and monthly calls
  • Participate in prospecting efforts including calls and new business meetings
  • Support and lead events including industry roundtables
  • Assist with planning to review account progress, data analysis, benchmarking & process improvement

The ideal candidate:

The key to your success will be your ability to develop high-impact relationships cultivating business networks and ultimately contributing to a profitable business.  You will truly feel like you are adding value, collaborating, and contributing.

Being bilingual in both Japanese and English will cement your success.  You will offer a proven history of selling B2B solutions, but we are also very open to people wanting to move into this space.   You will offer sound exposure to owning and driving the sales process with a focus on the account management and business development activities.

Having autonomy and responsibility, you will bring with you strong presentation skills and have the ability to build, maintain and strengthen relationships.
