Working with a great bunch of people my client is in need of an administration professional who has this experience alongside a great attitude to join their hard working and fun operations virtual team – working remotely from home! The Australian team will be incredibly grateful to have you on board utilising your skills and assisting with all thing’s administration, processing and operations supporting the Australian office. As part of their excellent working environment, they are very much into sharing of knowledge, so you will learn a lot during the journey.
After being fully onboarded in the Auckland office, you will be working from home. Involved with a true mixture of delegated tasks supporting the Australian offices, there will be variety throughout your busy day ranging from:
- Processing of contracts and sales
- Maintaining databases and templates
- Compliance and operation administration
- Preparation of schedules
This stand-out administration role will give you some outstanding global commercial experience – you will learn a lot on this journey.
