About the role

This is a fantastic role where you can use your leadership and business operations experience while being part of a gorgeous brand & showroom environment.

  •  Team leadership to the design consultants & interior design team
  •  Providing exceptional client experience and premium brand product knowledge
  •  Ensuring showroom presentation is to the highest standard
  •  Operational & business tasks using computer systems & technology
  •  Rostering, timesheet coordination, stock control & good move management

Skills and Experience

Ideally, to add value to this leadership & coordination opportunity it would be great for you to be able to have:

  •  Excellent clear communication skills, the ability to deal with both customers & lead the sales team
  •  Supportive personality to drive sales & encourage the high level of showroom presentation expected
  •  A true passion for design & homewares
  •  Build strong relationships to develop trust
  •  Have good time management skills to easily move from computer to people focused tasks
