Role

As a member of the senior leadership team and reporting through to a knowledgeable and  collaborative CEO,  you will have a loyal and dedicated team around you who are experts in their fields.  In charge of making sure this company remains well capitalised, with healthy growth, strong margins and proactive planning.  Forecasting revenue, protecting profits and keeping the growth momentum going which is already in place.  Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will involve:

• Leadership – setting & delivery of business strategies, plans & priorities
• Business performance – providing key input in financial planning & reporting
• Manage end of year financial reporting
• Board reporting and Company Secretary, provide commentary on financial performance
• Lead projects related to business objectives for growth
• Management Reporting – produce annual budgets, cashflows and forecasting
• Manage risk, procurement of assets, ensure continuous improvement

You

You will offer a proven track record in:

• Business & financial planning with leadership and management of a finance function at a senior level

• Successful management of business plans & budgets
• The ability to think and move strategically
