The opportunity:

With business globally at its best and due to individual progression within the team, the Sydney office requires another Business Development Associate to join their outstanding Client Development team.

Working within a collaborative business offering incredible management, this position will be that critical link between, customers, sales, business development and management.  Ultimately you will be involved with:

  • Proactively servicing and supporting clients speaking both English and Korean
  • Conducting training and demonstrations with clients via web, phone or in-person
  • Participate in sales and marketing projects
  • Handle customer enquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with CRM and business product testing

The ideal candidate:

Perhaps you are a recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree?  Perhaps alongside your tertiary qualification you have already kick-started your customer-focused career but are looking for that new opportunity to really define yourself while offering progression and development.

You will need to be fluent in both English and Korean and the key to your success will be your professionalism and demonstrated understanding of how successful sales and marketing needs to operate to deliver for a business.  Combine this with your excellent ability to build strong relationships, customer service orientation and personal initiative and this role could be yours.  You will truly feel like you are adding value, collaborating, and contributing.
