Role

With a real mixture of responsibilities, every day will be different for you! What is key is your attention to detail as you will be responsible for checking through personal documentation from customers, ensuring the right compliance checks have been completed and sit within AML regulations. You’ll need to be able to communicate with the dealers to ensure all the right documentation has been provided to ensure timeframes are met and the best service has been provided.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries, providing excellent customer service
  • Document compliance maintenance, ensuring AML obligations are met within set timeframes
  • Performing AML compliance reporting
  • Ensuring the company meets all regulatory obligations and standards

You

The successful candidate will bring solid customer service experience, bringing a ‘customer first’ mindset, excellent attention to detail and communication skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.

Ideally, you will have a vehicle finance background with an excellent understanding of NZ lending legislation and the AML act – however this is not a necessity. Personally, you will bring an efficient, fresh energy with strong commercial acumen. Coming into the office each day, you will be driven by continuous improvement, innovation and have an ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
