If you are looking for a varied customer service coordinator role, look no further. As you will know with customer service support you need to be extremely organised, have a high attention to detail, have solid computer software skills and at all times be helpful and accommodating.

With two other members in the team who look after other areas of the department, you will work collaboratively and can expect tasks such as;

  • Assisting with the purchasing, importing and exporting of goods
  • Consolidation of orders, purchase orders and invoices
  • Regular liaison with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers
  • Freight management
  • Responding to customer queries, providing regular updates by phone/email
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure all customer requirements are met


We are looking for someone who is warm, approachable, confident, and organised.  You will be comfortable providing pragmatic and professional support to customers and suppliers. You really need to be someone who enjoys solving problems for others and have a friendly personality.

You will bring a few years of experience within the Customer Service space. Experience with import and export logistics is highly desirable, while experience within the food industry is ideal but not essential. Of course, excellent communication and organisations skills are a must. Working collaboratively and supportively in your team will contribute to the day-to-day success of the role.
