This exceptional opportunity calls for an experienced Executive Assistant who is self-motivated and has strong business acumen partnered with initiative and resourcefulness in big picture thinking.  Based within the open-plan office, this role will see you be an integral part of the small highly-effective National Executive Team.

This role promises to allow you to do what you do best which in turn allows the CE to concentrate on their role.  It really is a partnership of support and collaboration that we are looking to build; your significant experience supporting a senior executive, preferably within a large and complex organisation, will ensure you can add value immediately.  Providing the highest level of EA support to the Chief Executive will require you to organise, plan ahead, recognise opportunities, investigate and at all times be that right hand person to build a highly functioning supportive partnership.

As you will appreciate, a role at this level really does require mastery of the written word and verbal communication, organisational and technical skills, legal and business acumen that allows you to add value and instil confidence in those around you.
