The Role:

Loads of variety is on offer in this role, the processes are robust and streamlined.  Providing support to customers around the world means that orders will come in and require lots of coordination between internal and external groups.

As you will know from working in the Customer Service area previously your focus needs to be on ensuring customer satisfaction from the start of the end of the process.  Ensuring efficient order management, timely delivery, accurate documentation, and billing.  Alongside these tasks will be staying in contact with other teams in the business around stock management, billing, administration, and despatch.

Your personality traits:

Showing curiosity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to learn on the job will align well to this opportunity.  Your experience in customer services, maybe in freight forwarding, warehousing, product-related, FMCG needs to be well-rounded, and customer focussed.  You will understand the importance of helping customers, so they want to come back time and time again.
