Working within the Fleet and Automotive industries, my client provide fast and efficient assistance for their customers in their time of need.

The focus of the Fleet Administrator opportunity is to prioritise and look after the business-to-business, smooth running of all orders placed, to the final delivery to the clients. You will hold and maintain strong relationships between the Client Management Team, and also with the suppliers. You will also need the ability to be able to identify any issues that arise during the order process and find ways to resolve these.

Completing timely, accurate, and business-suitable requirements involving:

  • Overseeing the placement of all client orders
  • Offering a flawless B2B experience from order placement to delivery
  • Being the point of call for Identifying retention within the order process and coming up with timely and smooth resolutions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the dealers, manufacturers, after-market suppliers and the Client Management Team

You will enjoy working in this pivotal role for a driven and motivated team who are focused on the job in hand.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, articulate and not afraid to ‘just pick up the phone and call a customer!’ To have past vehicle or leasing experience would set you above the rest, but it’s not a necessity. You will be a strong communicator who has exceptional attention to detail, with excellent numerical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and you will need the ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate with all levels of the organisation. Bringing a positive outlook and great insights is key to this role!
