Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations? My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join their smaller tight-knit team and drive efficiency in managing their inventory and assets.
Your role will also include but not only;

  • lead the development of efficient parts reordering processes
  • synchronize stock counts with their IT system
  • developing and implementing processes to maintain accurate inventory
  • overseeing rental assets
  • develop processes to track the status and progress of assets through various refurbishment stages
  • optimise the asset management procedures.
  • managing service calls
  • Liaising with our outsourced call center
  • set up and administer scheduled maintenance regimes
  • resolve issues and collaborate with customers
