Acting as the central link between the Executive team and Australian business, this newly created position will be business-critical with a strong strategic focus, providing seamless management, business and commercial assistance to the General Manager.  This is a leadership role bringing strategy while maintaining key relationships within the Chemist and Grocery industry.

Reporting through to the knowledgeable and supportive General Manager, the role will manage the Key Account Managers and Product Trainers across the Australian business.  A unique role with the perfect blend of leadership, strategy, relationship and commercial elements – a critical role in the business which is growing by the day.

With a strong understanding of the chemist & grocery sector focused around inspiring health and wellbeing, you will develop robust business strategies to build volume, revenue and profit.  There are domestic growth opportunities to capitalise on and potential to explore further commercial and operational opportunities within Australia.


Key to your success is your proven experience working at a strategic level while utilising your commercial acumen and industry expertise within the health & wellbeing product sector.  Leading a small, highly skilled and experienced team, you will be a strong leader who has the ability to engage them.  You will likely come from the natural health sector with established relationships within the chemist and grocery sector.
