The Opportunity

This is such a crucial role to the business; it is the central point for up to 200 attendees annually who are taking part in a variety of leadership programmes.  The highly regarded leadership programmes/courses they facilitate are continually developed to ensure the content is relevant and ahead of the game so attendees can be sure they are developing personal and professional skills.

The role is multi-dimensional, varied and is ideal for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and is highly organised and detail orientated.  Supporting the Programme Director closely to develop, deliver, evaluate and continue the evolution of the programmes.  Your super-power lies in the detailed support needed in the administration and event coordination area.

In this unique role, you are the integral link between participants and facilitators, coaches and stakeholders.  An honest and helpful manner will align extremely well with an organisation who are committed to positively impacting people’s lives.  The role is broken into the areas of Relationship Management – coordinating and collaboration between many groups, Event Coordination – ensuring a seamless event is achieved, Programme Support – ensuring content and delivery is on point, Communication – actively promote events using various channels, Administration – varied and detailed in content this is a crucial element to take great pride in.

What you bring to the role
