Calling for a self-motivated and loyal person to join this dedicated team. You will be serving as the catalyst for exceptional customer service, expert scheduling, and streamlined administrative support. Working closely with fellow administrative staff, this important role ensures smooth operations on a daily basis. This role has varied administrative and scheduling responsibilities including but not limited to:

Customer Service:

  • Raise the standard with 5-star service, ensuring inquiries are met with a friendly and helpful manner.


  • Master the art of organisation as you manage schedules and accounts with precision.
  • handle invoices, credits, and orders with accuracy, while also coordinating reporting processes and updating vital documents.
  • Supporting the Manager, embrace diverse administrative tasks with a positive attitude.


  • Navigate the finances by assisting with payments and coordinating invoicing.


We are really keen to hear from you if you are a natural organiser, have a strong background in administration/scheduling, and are ready for that next step where you are part of a supportive team and continue to learn from those around you. It is essential that you are self-motivated, show initiative, have outstanding organisational and communication skills, and enjoy working in both an autonomous environment, and alongside a small, yet high achieving team.
