Are you a capable and goal focused administrator and assistant, that enjoys supporting at a team level while ensuring the projects you are coordinating are receiving quality support and attention. My client is in need of a professional who has this experience alongside a great attitude to join an amazing team and outstanding Manager.
This is not your standard Team Coordinator role, there is so much more involved and it needs someone who will be genuinely interested in learning the business, working closely with the team to ensure great results. You will be involved with a true mixture of delegated tasks aroud administration including:
- Weekly & month reporting
- Diary management & correspondence coordination
- Client event coordination
- Induction, timesheet and quality administration
- Adhoc administration projects for the Manager
This can be a complex area of the business so someone with smarts and a proactive way of working will go far and do so well.
Will offer a positive style of work ethic, business acumen, outstanding communications both written and verbal plus agility. Personally, you will have the ability to make good decisions and influence key people.
