This opportunity is the true definition of variety. While you will be front facing for any visitors, providing a 5* welcome, you will also be the ‘glue’ between teams, being the key provider of support to the letting, accounts, new business, and property management teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for the ‘Health & Happiness programme’, organising the monthly team lunch, celebrations and gift purchasing all while ensuring the smooth running of the office, that everything is fully stocked and ready to go.
The question you will be asking throughout your day is ‘is there anything I can do to help you today?’ with the ability to work with changing priorities and timelines. You will love being the ‘go-to’ person to ensure the day-to-day success of the team.
