Supporting the Environment and Planning team, you will be providing a full range of support to this busy and successful team of six. You will be involved in a variety of duties ranging from diary management, travel booking, event planning, billing and so much more.
All systems are in place and are robust; the role is ready for someone to come on board and enjoy adding value to the team. You will love being the go-to person, be confident and hands on, while providing an excellent client experience.
The successful candidate will offer previous experience in a Team Coordinator or Team Support role, with a customer service focus and ideally having had contact with clients directly. You will need to bring with you a proactive, can-do attitude and be proficient in the Microsoft Suite. Time management is key here, as well as strong client focus.
