Full-time HR Advisor, Mon – Fri in office Circa $105k

About the role

Provide day-to-day HR advisory support across a wide range of client organisations
Manage ER cases end to end including performance, disciplinary, investigations, restructures and terminations
Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering practical advice aligned with NZ employment law and best practice
Support and run full cycle recruitment processes, from role scoping through to offer stage
Contribute to HR projects such as performance frameworks, salary reviews and organisational changes

Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience managing ER cases end to end – this is a must have!
Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
